- AN ACT Relating to establishing protections for citizens participating in the initiative and referendum process; and adding a new section to chapter 29A.84 RCW.
What the Bill says:
- No person can stay within 100 feet of someone while they are engaged in signature gathering for petitions and initiatives for the purpose of interfering with the process when using amplified equipment or 25 feet without equipment.
