• It will limit the purchase or transfer of more than one firearm in a 30 day period of time by any seller to a private individual. Exception is made for law enforcement and heirs of estates as well as security officers and federal agents.

Our Summary Opinion:

• It is limiting your right to buy a weapon of your choice whenever you want to. You would not be allowed to buy both a rifle and a shotgun at a gun sale or show where they are more available and at a reasonably good price. This bill suggests that buying two different types of weapons at the same time is somehow a “bulk” purchase as if we were buying a ton of toilet paper! That is what the impacts of this bill would require to clean off its infringement of constitutional rights.
