What the Bill says:
- When a Judge determines that a violent sexual predator can be released into a lessor restrictive setting thus placing them back into society the use of an electronic ankle bracelet in required for monitoring the felon.
Our Summary Opinion:
- This bill restores some level of safety in our community when violent sex offenders are being released early.
