What the Bill says:

• The bill increases the rates of pay and operating expenditures in schools and school districts.

Our Summary Opinion:

• It is increasing the cost of the operations of educating our children but fails to mandate success at doing the job of educating our children. That failure is causing more families to provide education in other venues outside the public school system thus reducing the number of students in our public system. That should in fact reduce some of the costs not increase them. We recommend a NO vote on this bill.
