What the Bill says:
- The bill states that it is an emergency of financial magnitude to continue down the path of California vehicle standards and if passed would return Washington State to its own autonomous authority providing funds for transportation related programs.

- It is the opinion of OlympiaWatch team that the State of Washington has been handing over its individual authority to other states which is proving to be a disaster. We recommend a PRO vote for this bill.
