• It is the opinion of OlympiaWatch team that the public safety surrounding the recently revised landlord tenant laws is such that many more people will be harmed if the system is not corrected. Landlords are literally getting out of the rental business in Washington State due to the changes which were implemented. This bill returns the state to a much more reasonable position protecting both parties in an agreement to rent or lease.
