• (4) If a party submits a foreign subpoena to a clerk of court in this state that seeks documents, information, or testimony that relate to protected health care services, as defined in section 2 of this act, the clerk shall not issue a subpoena for service and shall present the request to the court for action. The court shall review the foreign subpoena and shall not issue a subpoena for service and shall quash any existing subpoena issued by the court if the subpoena is for documents, information, or testimony that relates to protected health care services as defined in section 2 of this act, unless the subpoena seeks documents, information, or testimony related to:

Our Summary Opinion:

• This bill seriously interferes with parental rights and goes so far as to ensure that parents cannot be on equal footing with the government or even a total stranger whether licensed or not to provide transgendered affirming care. A runaway can then use their parents insurance and receive any form of gender affirming care without protection from a parent and be in the physical custody without an order from the court of literally anyone else even a groomer for pedophiles! This bill makes Washington State a sanctuary state for these procedures AND mandates that a court clerk, a judge and even law enforcement as well as CPS cannot follow the orders of a court from another state for the custodial return of a child! Please take action and speak up!
